Change in the Supervisory Board of Tipp24 AG
The Executive Board of Tipp24 today filed an application with the District Court responsible in Hamburg concerning the legal appointment of Mr. Hendrik Pressmar as a new member of the Supervisory Board. The application became necessary after the current member of the Supervisory Board, Ms. Annet Aris, retired from the Supervisory Board with effect from
19 December 2008.
Mr. Pressmar is currently acting as a consultant for the shipping line Johann M. K. Blumenthal GmbH & Co. KG, amonst other things. Prior to this activity, he worked for many years as a lawyer for White & Case. He will join Klaus F. Jaenecke (Chairman) and Oliver Jaster (Deputy Chairman) on the Supervisory Board of Tipp24 AG.
