Completion of share buyback programme
Tipp24 AG has completed the share buyback programme that started on 8 October 2007. Based on the authorisation given at the general meeting held on 24 May 2007, a total of 443,616 shares, or 5 percent of the capital stock were bought back at an average price of EUR 15.17 by 13 May 2008. This amounts to a total sum of EUR 6,729,653.71.
Including the 443,615 shares acquired as part of the first share buyback programme in 2007, as of 13 May 2008 Tipp24 AG holds a total of 887,231 of its own shares, corresponding to 10.00 % minus 1 share of the equity capital of Tipp24 AG.
