We take the well-being of our employees very seriously. We have therefore created a working environment which stimulates both creativity and enthusiasm, and in which staff can be open and treat each other with respect. Each week begins with a joint breakfast. It goes without saying that we provide fresh fruit every day.

Promotion of women

It goes without saying for us that women should have the same opportunities and possibilities as their male colleagues. The ratio of women employed at our company is over 50 percent.


Personal development

In a fast-changing working environment, continuous learning is essential. We therefore offer every employee the opportunity to extend their knowledge at least once per year by attending external seminars.


Fair Company

We support the initiative of the business magazine “Junge Karriere” and recognise its five key rules. These include not using interns for full-time jobs or attracting interns with the vague promise of a future job.
