Management Board remuneration is composed of a fixed salary and a variable component. 50% of this variable component is based on sales growth in the current and previous year and 50% on the growth and absolute size of the EBIT margin in the current fiscal year. If targets are reached, the variable component amounts to approximately 55% of the fixed component. If targets are exceeded, this amount can increase to a maximum of 110% of the fixed component. In addition, there is a variable remuneration component with a long-term incentive. This component is based on growth of the 3-year average of earnings per share. If targets are reached, this variable component also amounts to approximately 55% of the fixed component.
Under exceptional circumstances, the Supervisory Board can adjust the variable components upwards or downwards by up to 50%.
Please see future annual reports of Tipp24 SE for a description of the remuneration rules.
