Klaus F. Jaenecke, Chairman

Klaus Jaenecke has studied business economics at the European Business School in Frankfurt, Paris and London. After graduating, he worked for four years at a local venture capital company in Mexico. For a further seven years, he was employed at two investment banks in London and New York, lastly as Vice President at Goldman Sachs & Co. In 1991 he was the co-founder of Sannwald & Jaenecke, a pioneer in highly professional M&A consulting for mid-sized companies. Following the break-up of the company 15 years later, he founded the current company Jaenecke & Cie.
